Originally from Chicago, the EdSon team began with a focus on the Chicagoland area, starting with the city, and then expanding as the suburban areas got increasingly popular through the years. Today, this area expands as far as Waukegan, Elgin, Aurora, and Joliet.
Later, turning attention to a growing area and demographic where the baby boomers were migrating, the greater Phoenix Arizona area was added to our focus areas. The greater Phoenix area is still a high growth area with continued demand in both the residential and commercial arenas.
Tapping into a well-established market, EdSon rounded off its focus with the San Francisco Bay area. Beginning with the Downtown SF and Mission Bay redevelopment projects, the SF Bay area will be in a pattern of continuous growth for quite some time.
Most recently expanding into portions of the Detroit and Southwest Florida areas, EdSon will continue to grow and expand its holdings creating value for both the company and their customers.
